When things are rough and I am lost I have a place to turn,
I have a Life that grows within, and from it I do learn
That even if I don't know where to go or what to say,
This Life that operates within will guide me day by day.
Each day my life seemed empty and I searched for something more,
And then one day I found it; into me I let it pour.
Now that it's mine it can't be lost, I've had a change within,
I'll never be alone again, I have a chance to win.
I'm glad that I can choose this way, ahead there's only light,
It helps me press towards the goal and run with all my might.
It's nothing the I've done myself, it was a gift to me,
Call, is all I have to do, my spirit is the key.
